Nicole Butler

NGage Properties Group is a privately held, full-service luxury design and build firm with two locations: upper northwest Washington, D.C. (Tenleytown) and Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Ms. Butler leads NGage Properties Group with a vision shaped by both grit (learned in the field as a carpenter’s apprentice) and grace refined through the years as a principle designer, general contractor and senior executive in corporate banking. Her work gives clients permission to live in the luxury they’ve earned - bringing the five-star experience home.

Whether crafting a bespoke residence or transforming a boutique hotel and spa, curated experiences are defined by discretion, global influence, and architectural integrity.

Ms. Butler’s work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Designing Spaces on Lifetime TV, and American Banker, reflecting both the elegance of her aesthetic and the strategic depth of her leadership. A sought-after speaker on entrepreneurship and purposeful design, her perspective is shaped by an executive background with Fortune 100 companies, global non-profits, and performances on international operatic stages.

With an MBA in Finance and Marketing, Ms. Butler began her career at Citibank and American Express before founding NGage Properties Group. Licensed to build in three jurisdictions, she is a certified Interior Designer, and an avid global traveler who brings the influence of over 50 countries into every project.

Under her direction, NGage is known for delivering globally inspired, deeply personal spaces—designed to elevate how clients live, work, and feel in their environment.
