My path into design and construction was anything but linear. I have always lived at the intersection of grace and grit. When founding this business, I started in the field—as a carpenter’s apprentice—learning firsthand how homes are built, how details come together, and how much craftsmanship and discipline it takes to do things well. In 2001, as I launched by corporate career, I completed my first purchase, renovation and re-sell of a small condo. During that first transaction (which would become the first of many) my respect for real estate, financing, working with tradesmen and designing was born.

Before founding NGage Properties Group, I earned my MBA in Finance and Marketing. I spent decades as a senior executive in corporate banking, working as a public servant in the Federal Government, leading complex initiatives in Non-Profit global organizations as well as time on the stage as a classically trained artist in the U.S., Italy and beyond.

At a certain point, it became clear to me that I wanted to bring all of those worlds together—construction, design, business, and human experience—into something that felt both elevated and deeply personal. In 2013, I founded NGage Properties Group with a simple but powerful intention: to deliver design-build services in the way I would want to be treated.
