Why we built the npg signature concierge model
Traditional construction models often place hidden expectations on homeowners—expectations to coordinate, decide, manage, and absorb stress. We intentionally chose a different path.
Our concierge design-build model was created to ensure that clients never become the project owner. NGage Properties Group (NPG) owns the process—design, construction, logistics, and communication—while clients remain informed, protected, and supported.
Prior to becoming the Founder of NPG, I spent quite a few years as a corporate banking executive in and around Washington, D.C., with nearly 10 years in New York city. Personally, I traveled quite a bit where I was only home 4 days out of every month. And although many details were handled by my staff from a business perspective, when I embarked upon sizable home renovations, I was largely responsible for the details that builders didn’t think to handle. Since many of our clients are busy executives, I personally know the pressures of keeping up daily life at the office, managing family life and trying to stay aware of the many details and decisions home renovations require. I wanted to personally remove that heavy lift from our clients.

For our clients, time is one of their most valuable assets. Our role is to protect it.
Before any showroom visit is scheduled, NGage Properties Group does the work on your behalf. We carefully select finishes, materials, and trusted partners—such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, our friends at Georgetown’s Molteni & Co., or our partners at The Tailored Closet, and other vetted specialists—based on your lifestyle, priorities, and the architectural direction of your home. These are not open-ended appointments; they are intentional, highly curated engagements.
We host pre-meetings with our partners in advance, communicating your preferences, functional requirements, and design sensibilities so that your voice is fully represented before you ever arrive. This preparation allows each in-person meeting, when necessary, to focus on refinement and final decision-making—rather than exploration or orientation.
Showroom visits are then coordinated around your schedule and, when appropriate, supported with chauffeured transportation to ensure continuity, comfort, and focus. The result is a streamlined experience where decisions are made efficiently, confidently, and without distraction.

We coordinate professional packing, secure storage, and the return of items, along with unpacking upon completion of your home renovation—so clients aren’t repeatedly unpacking or living amid disruption. Clients really enjoy this option, since it nearly eliminates the stress on the body.

fully appointed temporary living support
When relocation is required, as is the case in most of our home renovation projects, we assist in securing and preparing corporate housing—fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, down to everyday essentials. Over the years, we’ve formed trusted relationships where temporary housing becomes a simple selection and your suitcases arrive just before you do. The completion of a major renovation or custom build marks the end of a complex journey—one that requires countless decisions, coordination, and trust. At NGage Properties Group, we believe the return home should feel restorative, not transactional.
For qualifying projects, we arrange a private chef experience on the first evening back so clients can immediately settle into their home without planning, unpacking, or hosting responsibilities. Meals, timing, and preferences are coordinated in advance, allowing the space to be experienced as it was designed—calm, complete, and ready to be lived in.
This final touch is not about ceremony; it is about removing one last demand on the client’s time and energy. It allows the transition from project to home to feel seamless, human, and thoughtfully resolved.
