Phase 1: Discover

Where Comfort and Chemistry is Established

  • Our initial consultation is completed via phone or videoconference. This conversation is to get a broad understanding of the home you would like to build or renovate. We also discuss investment and any financing parameters. A initial conversation takes 20-30 minutes.

  • This appointment has all decision-makers in the room. An in-depth discussion of the desired build or renovation occurs and a detailed walk-through of the property is completed. Typically this appointment take 90 minutes.

  • We provide an initial client proposal based on the discussed scope of work. We provide a high level line item detailed proposal. Final budget parameters are provided once architectural schematics are approved.

  • Once there is alignment on the scope of work, the proposal has been reviewed and signed.

phase 2: design

Where Architectural Drawings and Interior Designs are Established

  • We visit the property to complete our 3D laser scanning process to provide detailed 2D and 3D as-is measurements.

  • A conceptual blueprint of your future home is crafted. It shapes the vision, functional flow and architectural intent of the space.

  • Detailed, build-ready drawings (including all required engineering drawings) is completed and reviewed with you for approval. This includes materials, measurements, structural elements, etc.

  • All required jurisdictional permits are applied for and received on your behalf.

Timeline: Established on a project basis…typically 5-6 months

phase 3: Build

Where Your New Chapter Begins

  • Once permits are approved, we mobilize our build team and suppliers to prepare the site. Logistics, sequencing, and construction schedules are finalized to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption.

  • Structural work, framing, mechanical systems, and architectural details are executed to the highest standard. Throughout the build, our team manages subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, scheduling, and procurement, ensuring every component aligns with the approved drawings and design intent.

  • City, state, and third-party inspections are coordinated and completed to ensure full compliance with all building codes, engineering requirements, and safety standards. We manage the entire process so clients never feel the administrative burden.

  • We tour the completed space together to review the build, confirm finishing touches, and address any final refinements. Our goal is simple: precision in execution and confidence before reveal.

Where Engineering, Building and Inspections are Seamlessly Executed

  • Interior styling and staging are coordinated to introduce the space as it was designed to be lived in: elegant, intentional, and complete. This helps clients experience scale, flow, and comfort within the finished home before move-in.

  • A milestone moment. Clients experience their newly built or renovated home for the first time — a culmination of months of design, construction, and thoughtful decision-making.

  • We walk through the home’s systems, materials, appliances, and care recommendations to ensure clients feel supported beyond project completion. Warranties and post-build services are reviewed and documented, creating a seamless transition into living beautifully.
