The Season of Expansion
May is the month your home starts speaking for you—are you listening? As the season shifts into entertaining, hosting, and retreating outdoors, it's time to ask: Is your space designed for the life you’re actually living—or the one you’ve outgrown? At NGage Properties Group, we specialize in transforming outdated layouts into expansive sanctuaries—bespoke, elevated, and built for the next chapter. Because luxury isn’t just what you see. It’s how you live.
Ready to expand? Whether it's adding square footage or elevating the soul of your home, our team specializes in creating tailored spaces that reflect how you truly want to live.

The Finishing Phase Begins...
There are several times in a whole home design and build project when the temperature changes. One such change is happening at one of our project where we've moved from rough-in to finishing. If you've been following our social media posts or simply reading our monthly newsletters, you know that this behind-the-scenes look at a whole home renovation and multi-level addition reflects what’s possible when you give yourself permission to have exactly what you want. Our 3D renderings (this is a rendering of the kitchen) help clients explore their vision with clarity and confidence—before the first wall comes down. Follow the journey of this expanded living space, and reach out to start envisioning your own.

Luxury is more than space—it’s experience. Explore these refined, exclusive happenings in and around the Washington, D.C. area this month:

George M. and Linda H. Kaufman spent five decades collecting early American furniture. In 2010, they promised their collection to the National Gallery of Art. A new installation now showcases nearly 100 pieces from this remarkable gift. It includes furniture, decorative arts, and French floral watercolors by Pierre Joseph Redouté. American, Chinese, and French porcelains are also featured. Paintings by artists like Gilbert Stuart complete the display, enriching the Gallery’s holdings with American masterpieces. Rooftop entertainment spaces and restaurants are now open across the D.C. metropolitan area. CUT Above, the rooftop bar at Rosewood Washington, D.C., is now open for the season—and it’s one of our favorites. This luxurious space offers stunning views of the Potomac River and Washington skyline. The menu features refined dishes like Maine Diver Scallops and the signature CUT Burger. Stylish lounge seating and curated cocktails elevate the experience. It's perfect for evening drinks or private events in an elegant setting. CUT Above Rooftop at Rosewood Hotel @rosewoodhotels
