About This Project
When we bought this home, it was part of an estate sale. It had been vacant for nearly 3yrs and was simply awaiting a little TLC from a visionary who cared to restore and expand it for happy years to come.
Structurally, the basement and main levels were sound – so our focus – build up! And, build up we did. More than doubling its size, we finished the home offering nearly 6,000sqft of contemporary living. We were sure to add private bathrooms to every bedroom on the second level. No one to fight over who gets in first or who’s taking too long.
In addition to finishing the basement with entertainment space, a full bedroom and full bathroom; we added a 3rd floor expanded-attic for multiple entertainment or privacy options. In this home, the owner’s suite offered nearly 1000sqft of privacy, custom-built closets and an en suite to pamper the owner’s every need.
